What You’ll be Doing…

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
Oversee all digital and print marketing efforts to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
Manage and create content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, sales materials, website updates, blog posts, and email campaigns.
Develop and execute social media strategies, including organic and paid campaigns, to engage audiences and generate leads.
Plan, produce, and manage video content showcasing company expertise, customer testimonials, and project documentation.
Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across all channels for maximum ROI.
Support the Sales team by creating impactful marketing materials, proposal templates, and case studies.
Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives to support growth objectives and identify opportunities for expanding into new markets, services, or partnerships.

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with some experience in business development.

Experience in construction-related marketing or sales is a plus.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.

Strong content creation and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus).

Experience managing websites and SEO / SEM campaigns.

Ability to create compelling marketing materials with a keen eye for detail and design.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.

Knowledge or experience in the roofing, siding, or construction industry is a plus.

Position Type : Direct Hire

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000

Compliance : You must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required
