Insurance Eligibility Specialist
Objective
In a positive and cheerful manner, support and work alongside the Eligibility team members to assist in providing an outstanding patient experience. This is accomplished by accurately obtaining insurance eligibility verification information from insurance carriers for PCLI surgical patients, and reporting the information in a timely and concise manner to the appropriate site’s Patient Counselor. Use your relationship with other PCLI staff members to increase the sense of comradery with co-workers.

Status
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule
Our normal office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
These are our normal office hours.
Skills Required
- Working computer knowledge experienced in Microsoft Word
- Good communication skills, spoken and written with legible handwriting
- Pleasant, cooperative, caring attitude
- Good listening skills
- The ability to work with a team to set and to achieve common goals
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to remain composed and professional under stressful circumstances
