Location: Nashua, NH| El Segundo, CA
Pacific Defense, a small fast-growing company that delivers military-use electromagnetic spectrum technology solutions to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and their industry partners, is looking for a Program Financial Analyst to support execution of its growing contract base. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in program success; primarily through providing actionable information and analysis to program managers, functional leaders, and business area VPs, among other responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include program set up and budgeting, EAC generation & analysis, weekly monitoring, proposal support, as well as continued process design and refinement. The role requires the ability to work cross functionally with program management, finance & operations. Strong excel skills and experience with government contracting is a must.
Pacific Defense is headquartered in El Segundo and will support remote work for this assignment. Pacific Defense takes an organic, commercial-minded approach to military-use electromagnetic spectrum technologies, and solutions. Focus areas include autonomous systems, command and control, communications, cyber operations, intelligence collection, and electronic warfare.
Responsibilities:
- Program set up
- Establishing program baselines/budgets
- Quarterly EAC generation
- Weekly/Monthly reporting and analysis
- Ad Hoc program manager requests
- Establishing and refining key program processes
- Proposal support
- U.S. citizenship
- Program finance experience
- 5 years of finance and accounting experience
- Defense industry experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Start-up experience
- Experience with Unanet
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly
- DoD Secret or higher security clearance
