Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations
- Operate vehicles in full compliance with SPAB, DOT, CDL, and company standards
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure passenger satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle at all times
- Identify and report mechanical or operational issues promptly (mechanical aptitude is a plus)
Requirements
Required
- Valid CDL Class B or Class A
- Passenger endorsement (P)
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional passenger driving experience
- Valid DOT medical card
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Successful background check
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
- SPAB certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Mechanical awareness
