What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller position at Pacific National Bank?
Receives cash and checks for customers’ deposits.
Check cashing and withdrawals.
Issues Official Checks as required.
Inputs, all cash transactions in the Cash Control application. Follows procedures for CTR preparation for transactions over $10,000.
Processes credit card advances.
Receives, prepares, and balances mail deposits.
Performs the scanning of the Tellers’ daily work into the branch electronic file.
Strict adherence to the Bank’s written policies and procedures including compliance with all applicable banking laws and regulations.
It is also incumbent on all staff members to adhere to PNB's Information Security & Cyber Security Program guidelines and policies. These guidelines and policies are designed to protect the privacy and safeguard the financial information of our customers. Willful noncompliance may result in disciplinary action to include termination of employment.
