Position

Do you like the versatility of juggling multiple tasks at once, being a resource for teammates that have questions, and have an excellent work ethic?

Our fast-paced, sales office is seeking a Receptionist/ Dispatcher at our Medford, Oregon office. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience with problem-solving, and have excellent telephone and customer service skills.

Essential Job Duties

  • Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service
  • Identify and escalate issues to Helpdesk
  • Create support tickets on behalf of customers
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Use basic computer applications
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and salespeople
  • Schedule service calls
  • Answer multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate resources
  • Create and document daily invoices for ageing and collecting for month-end management reporting
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Assist in processing of manufacturer warranty on parts and accessories
  • Type lease documents
  • Posting, sorting, opening, and delivering mail
  • Aiding headquarter employees with questions or concerns
  • Organize and maintain a neat and orderly reception area for employees

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or AA Degree
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with multi-line phone units
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Solid job tenure and work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
