What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Control Clerk position at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company?
As an Inventory Control Clerk you will be responsible for receiving incoming product from shipping/receiving area. Maintaining flow of jobs for Receiving Inspection, crafting data packs for inventory, and requesting certification from buyers. Data entry and clerical experience are an integral part of this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Kit and route part to buildings
Transfer materials to projects and various locations
Lead COMMON inventory
Move chemicals, solvents & adhesives to the chemical building by shipping
Cycle count parts and stock checks
Basic receiving of materials against purchase orders
Receiving of Customer & Government Owned materials
Process RMA’s
Open boxes and count parts
De-trash parts
Process explosive receipts
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, college-level business courses a plus
0-3 years related experience – manufacturing and or clerical
Basic digital literacy; proven understanding of Microsoft Office
Basic GD&T / Blue Print reading
Effective interpersonal skills
Proven track record to review, process and prioritize different types of information
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs
