Job Duties:
- Turnover of vacant units.
- Perform service requests for customers.
- Assist in grounds maintenance and upkeep.
- Paint, clean, and troubleshoot repairs inside apartment homes.
- Evaluate the condition of vacant units.
- Occasional on-call service for after-hours emergencies.
- Other duties as required by Manager.
- This position does NOT require the employee to live onsite.
Required Job Skills:
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make minor appliance repairs.
- Key and lock replacement.
- Painting, drywall, and basic carpentry skills.
- A keen eye for details.
- Great with customers.
- The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.
- Reliable, meet deadlines, and be a team player.
- Must have own tools.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and drivers insurance.
- Willing and able to work occasional overtime for emergency calls.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
