Pacifico Ford is in need of an entry level automotive parts counterperson
If you have a great attitude and a desire to be successful and you want to be part of the best Ford Parts team in the Philadelphia market, we have a spot for you.
You must be able to multi task and handle several calls at one time.
You must have great organizational skills and be customer focused.
Provide customer service to in-person and phone customer.
Help them identify and purchase the correct parts for their vehicle
Help manage parts inventory, including bin counts, record keeping, receiving unpacking and stocking shelves.
Run parts to technicians and coordinate with the service team to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized parts department and work area.
Other duties s assigned by manager.
Training Opportunities:
Learn to order, receive and bill parts efficiently
Become proficient in operating DMS software, including CDK, Repair link and Collision Link
