Location: On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional weekends as needed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Saw Cutting – Foam Prep Technician to join our production team. This in-person role involves preparing foam materials for production by operating a variety of saws and power tools. The ideal candidate will have experience using equipment such as a sciver, bandsaw, and radial arm saw, and will play a key role in supporting our foam manufacturing process. This position requires strong attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and prepare foam materials using a sciver, bandsaw, and radial arm saw.
• Read and interpret work orders and measurements to ensure accurate cuts.
• Operate and maintain power tools and saw equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials for quality and consistency before and after cutting.
• Work closely with the foam production team to ensure materials are prepped on time and to specification.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
