Job Title: Manager, ERP Systems

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Manager, ERP Systems to oversee the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our ERP systems, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals. You will drive ERP projects, manage integrations, and promote best practices to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the management, configuration, and support of the organization’s ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with functional business leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other departments to understand process requirements and deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Oversee the ERP team, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development to system administrators, analysts, and support staff.
• Manage ERP projects, including new implementations, upgrades, module deployments, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures for ERP operations and change management.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across the ERP platform, and support data migration and transformation initiatives as needed.
• Establish and enforce ERP system security protocols, user access controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for system support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage the ERP systems budget, including planning for upgrades, licensing, and resource allocation.
• Stay current with ERP technology trends, best practices, and industry developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience with ERP systems administration and support (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.), including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR as they relate to ERP functionality.
• Proven experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and change management.
• Familiarity with ERP reporting tools, data management, and workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external support resources.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Working Environment And Physical Demands

• Hybrid or onsite work environment, depending on company policy.
• Occasional travel may be required for project implementations, vendor meetings, or training.
