Job Title: Salesforce System Administrator
Job Summary
The Salesforce System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and ongoing enhancement of the company’s Salesforce environment. This role will work closely with multiple departments to understand their system and data requirements, ensuring that Salesforce is effectively maintained, customized, and leveraged to meet business needs. The Salesforce System Administrator will also provide recommendations and best practices for optimizing the use of Salesforce across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration, including user setup, customization, maintenance, and support of the platform and third-party connected applications.
- Partner with the Information Systems team on projects involving Salesforce, including configuration changes, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Support user adoption and training efforts, helping end users understand new features and system enhancements.
- Communicate standard and custom Salesforce functionality across global business units and act as a liaison to gather and address customization requests.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to analyze business problems and deliver solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce by performing regular data audits and managing user access/permissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 1 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APEX is a plus.
- Experience with reporting tools and data analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding of business applications and middleware services, with experience in systems analysis and design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Forward-thinking with the ability to recommend process improvements and contribute to the strategic direction of Salesforce usage.
