Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates
- Train and onboard new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet sales goals and drive revenue growth
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role desired
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop retail associates
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
