Description
The CRE Underwriter will be repsonsible for:
- Full analysis and due diligence on new transactions
- Preparing write-ups, risk reports, and credit packages for Credit Committee
- Working closely with the Originations group and Relationship Managers
- Defending findings to the Business as well as to Commitee
Profile
The CRE Underwriter must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- High familiarity with underwriting of CRE loans
- High energy and enthusiasm
Job Offer
$100,000 - $140,000 base salary.
