Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Director of Clinical Research to the Administration for Clinical & Community Research group at NYC Health Hospitals / Lincoln. The Hospital is part of NYC Health Hospitals. Lincoln is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers.

The Director of Clinical Research has primary responsibility for the administrative and operational functioning of the Lincoln Hospital's Research Department. This includes :
- Oversight for all Research Projects and management (budgeting, timelines, strategic planning, etc.), project staffing, skills training, grant oversight and reporting, regulatory reporting and institutional review board (IRB) issues, and contracts.
- The Director oversees the Research Team, which consists of staff who perform the administrative and operational work of the Department.
- The candidate will facilitate communication between the Research Department and the NYC H&H Research Administration Department.
- The Director reports to the Facility Research Director and works collaboratively with the Program Directors and PIs for Research purposes who have primary responsibility for the substantive aspects of the Institution research.
- Acts as liaison to all members of the research staff, principal investigators, the finance staff, the affiliates, clinical trial, and grant sponsors.
