What are the responsibilities and job description for the Comp Serv-Hourly position at PAH Management?
Job Expectation:
A Breakfast Attendant is primarily responsible for aiding in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to guests. This position includes prepping food, restocking, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping, weekly inventory.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Prepare excellent food and beverage products for our guests.
- Be proactive to the needs of our guest and greeting them.
- Assist in food prep for special events/ banquets.
- Partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
- Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
- Complete kitchen opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
- Cleaning all equipment areas, locking equipment doors, etc.
- Set up stock and maintain work areas.
- Prepare food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience is required, but is preferred.
Physical requirements:
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print).
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
