Paisano's Winchester is looking to add some rockstar Delivery Drivers to our team! Immediate openings available!

Drivers earn a competitive base hourly rate in shop and while on the road, plus mileage reimbursement, plus keep their own tips! Drivers, on an average shift, make between $14 - $24 per hour after tips and mileage reimbursement!

A driver's primary responsibility is to deliver orders to customers in the designated delivery area. Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner.

Between deliveries, drivers work in the store/kitchen and are paid in-store hourly rates starting at $12.00! Pay will continue to grow with you as you develop your in-store/kitchen skills and we offer a clear path to move up within the company. Delivery is a customer service job, so following customers' request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.

Pay: Base hourly pay plus tips and mileage reimbursement (Tips and Mileage Reimbursement paid out at the end of each shift)

Deliver job responsibilities

Driving orders on designated routes
Loading and unloading the vehicle
Inspecting orders
Inspecting the vehicle before departing
Delivering orders to designated addresses
Communicate with the dispatcher
Reviewing deliveries
Getting delivery information from customers
Deliver job requirements * Must be at least 18 years old

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour

Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
Drive safe and obey the rules of the road
Work as an in-store team member when there are no deliveries
Makes fast, accurate and consistent food
Bags orders accurately and checks bagged order
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including lobby area, restrooms, kitchen, etc.
Greets customers and takes orders – operates cash register – collects payment from customer and makes change.
Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets
100% accuracy and integrity
Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the company dress code
Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
Performs other related duties as required
Deliver orders in a safe and timely manner
