Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal
Palace Personal Injury Law Group is expanding, again. We are immediately seeking a paralegal and claims negotiator with at least 3 years of experience handling personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and motivated for personal growth.
This position requires the ability to work under the supervision of personal injury attorneys on different types of personal injury cases; manage a large case load from intake to settlement; handle deadlines; move cases forward; investigate claims; interview witnesses; review and order records; possess strong, confident written and oral communication with clients, insurance adjusters and risk managers; write demands; negotiate claims to settlement; handle subrogation negotiations; and work or negotiate with medical providers; all while utilizing mature time management skills.
You will have the benefit of collaborating and growing with a seasoned personal injury team. This job is a remote job working with clients and our PI teams via Slack, Trello, and Zoom with minimal time in an office setting.

About Palace Law:

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
