Minimum Education
Bachelor of Social Work degree from a school of social work
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Handle with Care (HWC) within 30 days of hire
-Licensed by the Texas Board of Social Work Examiners as an LBSW, LMSW, or LCSW. License must be current and without restrictions.
