We are looking for upbeat, personable, and sales driven individuals to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
Our ideal applicant is highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thrive on a commission-driven environment, and has a desire to build a career in the skincare industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
  • Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
  • Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized salon
  • Cash handling, opening/closing business
  • Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work 15-30 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
  • Customer service experience
  • Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
  • Polished professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day
