Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their vehicle purchase by providing product information and conducting test drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best vehicle options.
- Utilize various sales techniques to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the finance team to secure financing and complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, product features, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain the showroom and vehicle inventory, ensuring all vehicles are presentable and in working condition.
- Attend sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and stay updated on dealership policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly sales targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
