Essential Job Duties:
The Director of Rehabilitation/Therapy Services is responsible for the overall management of the Rehabilitation Services department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. Develops policies and procedures, directs and coordinates patient care services, and ensures adequate staffing for the Rehabilitation Services department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
- Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years of clinical experience in Rehabilitation Therapy required.
- Minimum three (3) years leadership experience in Rehabilitation Therapy required, acute care experience preferred.
- Current license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist/Therapist in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
