A DC law firm is seeking an Office Manager to join their practice and support their day to day operations. The firm offers very competitive benefits. Status: Direct Hire
Salary: $70K-100K DOE

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with the managing partner and help manage all attorneys and staff
- HR tasks as needed
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office; ensure efficient workflows
- Ensure compliance with firm policies
- Manage outside vendors
- Help to organize and implement marketing initiatives
- This is a long-term position with significant opportunity for advancement.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of prior law firm HR experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee relations issues.
- Microsoft Office Skills
