Construction Project Manager
We are a commercial real estate management and development company, located in Fort Collins, CO. Our company is made up of three divisions, Property Management, Construction, and Investment and Development. We pride ourselves in building strong relationships and adding value to our community by improving the spaces people work in. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring our commercial construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and on schedule. The Project Manager is in charge of document control and accounting for all projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with coordinating projects to ensure on-time completions within budget
- Manage budgets, manpower, expenses, and costs to complete
- Manage monthly subcontractor billings and pay applications
- Create and maintain effective project schedules
- Communicate and work closely with customers, vendors, and installers
- Assist and work with Palmer division teams, providing timely updates and communication
- Issue and negotiate RFI's and Change Orders
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Acquire equipment and material as requested and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
We require a candidate with 2-3 yrs. experience in a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role. A degree in Construction Management is highly desirable. Must have experience in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, etc. We are looking for career-oriented candidates that want to grow with us.
