About the Role:
The Reimbursement Supervisor directs and manages Billers and Accounts Receivable team members.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of Reimbursement experience
- Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
- Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion/AccuRX team.
Essential Functions:
- Review and ensure all claims are billed in a timely manner and with accuracy
- Assist in handling issues with Pharmacy, Nursing, or Intake
- Provide leadership and supervision of Reimbursement team by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing system and productivity standards.
- Establishes and maintains payer relations as directed by the Director of Reimbursement.
- Participate in end-of-month closing procedures.
- Communicate with supervisor with suggestions for improvement of processes.
- Review and ensure timely collections of claims for services, primary and/or secondary
- Assist Director with Special Projects.

Physical Demands:
