The Warehouse Associate will support the Market Manager/Supply Chain/Build Partner by managing all warehouse and material fulfillment tasks. They will be responsible for: Purchase Order receiving, stocking of material, kitting of material, issuing of material to Build Partners, cycle counts, support service requirements and safe harbor management.

Strategic & Tactical
- Support the Market Manager/Scheduling Team to understand upcoming job demand. Highlight issues where inventory will not support demand. Kit jobs and coordinate with Build Partners on pick up scheduling.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure the warehouse has the inventory to support future demand. Also sync with Supply Chain to ensure all purchase orders, receipts and job issues are done in a timely manner.
- Ensure inventory accuracy. Provide timely cycle counts.
- 2 year warehouse experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with driving a forklift.
- Experience with an ERP/WMS system
