We are looking for a qualified Mobile Home Park Manager for an all age, 71 space manufactured home communit.
Great opportunity to earn a salary package of $48,000/year including free housing while working an average of 25 hours per week.

Job Duties Include:
- Manage the overall park operations and maintenance of the community
- Process applications
- Process bills, collect rents, meter reads and lot inspections
- Create and maintain work orders in Rent Manager
- Responsible for leasing storage spaces
Looking for qualified candidate who possesses the following skills:
- Property Management experience - minimum 2 years
- Must be organized and have good management skills
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work independently
- Computer skills using Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Rent Manager
- Leadership skills, including interacting with vendors and contractors
