Job Summary
Registered Nurse Practitioners provide quality patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. The duties of these non-physician providers cannot be rigidly defined, but expected duties of the position are in accordance with state and federal law, and in collaboration with supervising physicians. Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or PA program
- Previous experience in a family practice setting and Emergency Room is desired
- Previous experience with Business Health and Occupational Health a plus
- Must maintain a current license to practice in the State of Iowa as an ARNP or PA
- National certification is required
- ACLS certification required
- CPR/BLS certification required
