In this role, you'll lead and inspire a team of skilled production technicians, ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality products. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.

What We Offer:

Salary: $55k-$65k to start with a bonus for time worked over 45hrs per week

What You'll Do:

• Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to your team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Optimize Production: Oversee the production line, ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently and effectively. This includes setting and adjusting mechanical, pneumatic, and thermal controls for the mixing process, extruder, and ovens.
• Troubleshooting Expert: Analyze and resolve production challenges, utilizing your mechanical expertise to identify and address issues.
• Champion Safety: Maintain a safe work environment for your team by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of our products.
• Communication is Key: Ensure seamless communication between the management team and employees, fostering a transparent and collaborative workplace.
• Develop Your Team: Provide on-the-job training, facilitate skill development, and create opportunities for your team members to advance their careers.
• Production Planning: Determine workforce needs, schedule labor efficiently, and prioritize orders to meet production deadlines within budget constraints.
