- Oversee daily warehouse operations:
- Manage, motivate, and train warehouse staff
- Ensure the efficient and timely processing of orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Inventory Management:
- Supervise receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Implement and maintain an effective inventory control system
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts

- Work with Customer Service to cycle old inventory for sales
- Logistics and Shipping:
- Coordinate with the Shipping Manager for outbound shipments

- Warehouse Maintenance and Improvement:
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proficient in inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS)

- Forklift certification is a plus
