This position is Hourly Commission (increases)
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and sell merchandise to customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer satisfaction targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry, electronics, or wireless industry
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a well-organized sales floor
