We have been in business for over 20 years and have built our reputation of providing top quality furniture and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on walking our customers through every step of the process from the day they first call to receiving final payment. We are currently experiencing significant growth and are implementing a plan to grow even more.
About the position
Our installation coordinator is our customer’s main point of contact once they place an order. They coordinate the installation with our operations staff, work closely with our purchaser to ensure all product is ordered correctly, schedule our contractors and communicate with customers throughout the project to make sure that the installation goes as smoothly as possible. Occasional site visits may be required prior to, during or after the installation but the job is mostly performed at the office. The primary role of our installation coordinator is to insure everyone involved in the project, including the customer, has what they need for a successful implementation and to ultimately insure the customer has a positive experience with Panel Systems Unlimited.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required, College Degree preferred
- 2 years Office Furniture installation coordination or installation
- 2 years of phone based customer service
- 2 years of experience with appointment scheduling
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- Must be positive, have an outgoing attitude and comfortable communicating negative outcomes with empathy and tact
- Able to thrive in a performance based environment
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent problem solving, time management and teamwork skills
- Preference for a small business environment
- Enjoys problem solving with some mechanical ability
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Compensation:
- $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience w/bonus opportunity
