What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Dispatcher position at Panther Interstate Carriers Inc?
- Assigning loads to drivers ensuring their proximity to the destination.
- Assisting Drivers in situations of traffic concussions and during prevailing or predicted weather conditions.
- Communicating with Brokers during the entire hauling process with driver's location and other requested information.
- Proficient in assembling BOL's, POD'S, Fuel, repair, and Lumper Receipts, and collecting relevant documents over any on-site inspections (if any).
- Commuting records of driver's check-in and out times for detention and layover purposes.
- Ability to engage in load rate negotiation with brokers.
- Fruitful load searching assistance
- Handling driver inquires and customer grievances.
- Trucking Experience is a must!

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
