The Product Manager is an integral role within Pantomath, responsible for driving the strategic direction of the product and ensuring successful execution. Reporting to the Director of Product, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap and contributing to the growth and success of our platform.

Your Role
The Product Manager is an integral role within Pantomath, responsible for driving the strategic direction of the product and ensuring successful execution. Reporting to the Director of Product, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap and contributing to the growth and success of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Product to set product strategy, goals, and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Sales to develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Define and prioritize product features and projects translating them into detailed user stories, specifications, and prototypes
- Act as the voice of the customer, representing user needs and advocating for user-centric solutions throughout the development process
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with the Director of Product and Sales on go-to-market strategy including keeping documentation up to date, managing demo environments and customer communications
- Continuously monitor and learn about industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating valuable and user-friendly products
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align product initiatives with company goals
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Embrace Agile principles and Scrum
