Job Type: Part Time (Thursday - Sunday)

Pantora Bridal is expanding to Baltimore, and we’re looking for passionate, people-focused consultants to join our opening team. Bridal Consultants are at the heart of what we do—helping each client feel seen, celebrated, and beautifully styled in a way that reflects who they are. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience blending personalized service, product knowledge, and sales strategy to help brides find the one in a premium bridal retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively create and maintain a welcoming environment for all clients and colleagues
- Lead private bridal appointments with warmth, clarity, and a focus on the client’s individual vision
- Provide expert product and industry knowledge, clearly communicating garment fit and construction
- Recommend and style gowns with deep familiarity of our assortment, brand identity, fit, and customization options
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and store sales goals through intentional, client-centered service
- Maintain accurate appointment notes, client communications, and order timelines
- Manage the special order process and liaise with production to ensure each bride’s fit and style goals are met
- Assist with merchandise flow, gown check-ins, and visual presentation standards
- Contribute to team collaboration, showroom upkeep, and daily operations
Who You Are:
- 2 years of experience in bridal, luxury retail, or personal styling preferred
- Skilled in the special order process and client lifecycle
- Resourceful, proactive, and client-centered, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment
- Comfortable using tech platforms for scheduling, POS, and client management
- Style-savvy and body-positive, with a thoughtful approach to fit and fashion
- Able to work weekends, stand for extended hours, and lift merchandise
- Multilingual is a plus
Location & Travel: This position is based in our new Baltimore location. Occasional travel to Brooklyn for training or company events may be required.
