WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing service department work, as well as preparing accurate repair estimates. Additionally, you will assist with dispatching service technicians and support overall service operations. Your duties will include providing administrative assistance to the branch and managers, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining general organization. You will also perform various administrative functions such as data entry, preparing correspondence, and managing documentation. Throughout all tasks, you will maintain excellent communication and coordination between departments and with customers to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience) required.
- 2 or more years of related experience in administrative support, operations, inventory coordination, or pricing.
- Prior experience in parts/service operations or dealership environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems, SharePoint, and reporting tools preferred.
Compensation: $17-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
