As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven relationship-focused Account Executive to fuel our next stage of growth. You will own the sales process end-to-end building a pipeline, driving conversations, and closing high-value deals-while collaborating closely with our expert accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by generating and closing high-quality leads
- Engage and build trust with decision-makers at top hospitality brands
- Partner with accounting managers to deliver compelling, solution-based sales presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle-from outreach and demos to closing and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track client engagement
- Represent Paperchase at industry events and build your network
- Ensure a seamless client transition post-sale, maintaining long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Natural networker-energized by people and relationship building
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player
- Bachelor’s degree required
Not required, but preferred
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience
- Experience selling accounting or financial services
- Working knowledge of finance/accounting principles
- A love for the hospitality industry and its people
Compensation: $70,000 base uncapped monthly commissions
