Hiring for a talented Sous Chef for one of the best restaurant brands in Charlotte. We need a dynamic leader, self starter and disciplined partner to help us grow our Grilled Cheese concept, Papi Queso. 


Job Overview:

This position is a Management Position. Duties Include, coaching, training, expediting, working on the line in a high standard kitchen, creating orders for vendors, weekly inventory, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen management experience
  • Advanced knife handling skills
  • An understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards
  • Food cost optimization
  • Ability to lead a team successfully in a culture-driven environment including staff education
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills


There will be plenty of growth opportunity for those looking to move up the ranks!
