Job Overview:
This position is a Management Position. Duties Include, coaching, training, expediting, working on the line in a high standard kitchen, creating orders for vendors, weekly inventory, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen management experience
- Advanced knife handling skills
- An understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards
- Food cost optimization
- Ability to lead a team successfully in a culture-driven environment including staff education
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
