- Clearly communicating what happened when inevitable delays occur, work through the emotions of the delay felt by the team, and present a new plan to compensate for the delay and change in direction
A strong candidate has experience working with competing priorities and ensuring that everyone is on top of their work and feels comfortable asking for more hands if they need them. As we build the PTMO team the Project Managers may need to step in and fulfil various roles including Business Analyst, Technical Writer, and Adoption Acceleration.
