As an Barista, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional coffee experiences for travelers from around the world. If you have a strong work ethic, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine love for coffee, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and cold brews, ensuring consistent taste and quality.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other barista tools with precision and expertise.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the coffee menu, including seasonal specials and promotions.
• Engage with customers, offering recommendations, answering questions, and providing information about our coffee offerings.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including restocking supplies, cleaning, and opening/closing procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Continuously strive to enhance your knowledge and skills in the art of coffee-making.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced coffee shop or airport environment.
• Proficient knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee-related equipment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to deliver an outstanding coffee experience to customers.
