What are the responsibilities and job description for the Zone Manager Offsite Warehouse position at Paradies Lagardère?
- Must have a valid Drivers License and be able to drive a truck
- Put the customer first at all times, (internal and external customers)
- Provide best in first class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
- Proper utilization and respect for company issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of work environment.
- Responsible for stock, ordering, receiving and managing replenishers/stock associates.
- Create and maintain good working relationships with the stock associates.
- Ensure consistency of stock associates' performance and deliverables through application of timely coaching & performance management practices.
- Maintain store / stockroom / warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standards.
- Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipment.
- Be able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required.
- Follow Company policies and procedures and maintain safe working environment.
