Job Description
This is a remote position.
Paradigm is searching for an Instructional Designer to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, identify appropriate learning / training approaches, and develop compelling learning activities and course content.
Type : 6 Month Contract
Location : Fully Remote (Candidates must reside within 50 miles of : Beaverton, OR; Kansas City, MO; Phoenix, AZ to be considered)

As an Instructional Designer you will :
- Create and update digital, visual, and audio interactive learning / training assets including end-user and process documentation.
- Lead or support instructor-led trainings with varying audience sizes and complexity.
- Evaluate feedback and performance data to improve content effectiveness continuously and delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, productive learning / training environment that captures the audience’s attention to help them meet learning objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand on learning analytics.

Requirements
3 years of instructional design / development or comparative and demonstrable experience Must have experience with Articulate Must have experience with Camtasia Strong project management skills Proficiency in MS365 and eLearning authoring tools Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently MS Dynamics, specifically Project Operations Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience Basic knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies Fundamental understanding of HTML, HTML5, SCORM, and MV4 Work samples / portfolio requested
Salary : $45
