Pay: $26–$32/hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time 1st shift
Experience Level: 5–10 Years
- 5–10 years of welding and fabrication experience (not just production welding)
- Strong skills in reading and interpreting drawings, prints, and verbal direction
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot fabrication challenges
- Proven track record of producing precise, high-quality custom work
- Comfortable with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.) and fabrication tools
