PRMG was built by originators for originators, with sales at the center of everything we do. The Creative Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting our sales-driven marketing efforts through hands-on creative execution, website and SEO support, CRM assistance, and sales enablement.

Sales Enablement & Support
- Create and update marketing materials used by sales teams for prospecting, follow-up, and relationship building
- Assist loan officers and sales partners with marketing tools, templates, and approved digital assets
- Respond to sales-driven marketing requests related to creative, web, and CRM needs
- Help ensure sales materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards
Creative & Design Execution
- Design and produce digital marketing assets including social media graphics, email visuals, landing pages, and sales collateral
- Execute creative updates and revisions in support of sales and marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistency across all digital assets and sales-facing materials
Website & SEO Support
- Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and sales-specific web experiences
- Assist with on-page SEO best practices, content updates, and usability improvements
- Support website performance by ensuring content accuracy and timely updates
- Support Google Business Profile listings and online reputation initiatives in alignment with marketing direction
- Maintain marketing content and resources within SharePoint, including uploads, organization, and ongoing updates
CRM & Marketing Automation Support
- Assist with the execution and maintenance of CRM campaigns and content
- Support CRM usage by helping sales teams with basic navigation, templates, and troubleshooting
- Maintain CRM content libraries, templates, and creative assets
- Ensure CRM communications follow brand standards and compliance requirements
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with the CDMO and senior marketing team to execute marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with compliance to ensure marketing and sales materials meet regulatory standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Maintain working knowledge of approved vendor tools, capabilities, and best practices
- Build trusted professional relationships by providing timely and helpful marketing support
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or creative production
- Strong design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience updating and maintaining websites using a CMS
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms or marketing automation tools
- Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting loan officers or sales teams
- Familiarity with mortgage or financial services marketing
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
Salary : $29 - $34
