Qualifications:
- Travel required 50% to 100% based on operational need
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred); relevant licensure required.
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in long-term care, with strong operational, budgetary, and staff management skills.
- Clinical or nursing background is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to foster a compassionate and supportive culture for residents and staff, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office) and strong organizational abilities, with a requirement to serve as "Manager on Duty" every 6th weekend.
