What are the responsibilities and job description for the Federal Sales Associate position at Paratusec?
As a Federal Sales Associate, you are very knowledgeable on the Service Offering across PARATUSEC. You communicate the features, capabilities, and benefits of PARATUSEC to ensure prospective customers understand the company value proposition and choose our solutions/services. In your capacity on the sales team, you will drive the presales engagement (networking events, matchmaking, research on Federal requirements (new and expiring contracts etc...), and ensure that the sales strategy and tactics align with PARATUSEC goals and values while engaging and delighting the customer. Post-pre-sales, you'll drive customer's engagement through patient and methodical follow-up to continue the sales process to ensure we are recognized as the solution to their pressing needs and wants.
Some of the things you'll be doing include ...
- Attending matchmaking, network, and other Gov-Con conferences to quickly and expertly generate leads and then move through the sales process to qualify leads.
- Own delivery of presales effort for prospects including company capability presentations.
- Be THE expert in the features, benefits and application of PARATUSEC Service Offerings
- Use your communications skills to assess client needs and drive them to an appropriate evaluation and selection process or gain sufficient business intelligence to help respond to RFI, RFQ, or RFP.
- Communicate routinely with leadership regarding sales activities and tactics.
