Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled High School Counselor to join our student support team. The ideal candidate will support students’ academic achievement, personal development, and post-secondary success through a comprehensive, student-centered counseling program.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field
- Valid Michigan NT endorsement or School Counselor License
- At least 3–5 years of successful teaching experience preferred
- Completion of state-mandated criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high school setting
- Working knowledge of the Michigan Career Development Model
- Familiarity with CollegeBoard, XELLO and other student data and planning platforms
- Strong understanding of testing coordination (M-STEP, PSAT, SAT)
