WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will support the development and execution of the Paris Baguette Marketing plan. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a detail-oriented approach, be organized in their day to day and have a true passion for marketing & branding. This person will help oversee media, PR, sponsorships and activations as well as ideate and execute the overall brand marketing calendar.
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the National Marketing calendar, micro-campaigns, holiday initiatives, promotions, and activations.
- Responsible for media copywriting: Meta Ads, Digital banners, POP Taglines and VO
- Create seasonal campaign briefs for LTO and holidays
- Responsible for all internal PB marketing communications including franchisee, DM and other written information
- Create and distribute of monthly Baguette Buzz newsletter
- Support National Canada Marketing plan including media, PR as well as specific program initiatives
- Track daily sales, program data and campaign results to further develop future marketing programs/decision making
- Coordinate all National sponsorship and activation initiatives
- Collaborate with external agency partners for PR, Media, and others to ensure all projects and deadlines are met.
- Review draft copy for National press releases and media pitches
- Support Digital Marketing manager with loyalty campaigns and tracking as well as social media content
- Assist innovation to market product testing with support to include POP and media
- Collaborate with operations team and other cross-functional partners to develop activities that create and support exceptional guest experience across all touch points (in-café, online, through partnerships etc.)
- Prepare marketing content and information for readiness calls, QBRs, FAC meetings and leadership presentations
- Perform routine management tasks that are necessary for the efficient operation of a corporate marketing function.
- Perform other functions as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- At least, 2-5 years brand marketing or agency experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred
- Restaurant/QSR or F&B industry experience required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Natural collaborator, proactive, solutions-oriented
