Property Manager for Homes and Apartments (Tacoma area)

Park 52 Property Management & Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a FT property manager to manage approximately 200 units in East Pierce County. Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and includes in-office and field work. Looking for detailed and customer service oriented individual with initiative and drive to succeed.
Main responsibilities include:
· Work with owners, tenants, and vendors
· Property showings with prospective tenants
· Interior surveys
· Regular communication with owners
· Oversee property turns
· Security Deposit charges and refunds
· Lease paperwork
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Have or be in the process of obtaining a Washington State Real Estate License
· Knowledge of basic computer programs and ability to navigate the internet
The ideal candidate has prior Onsite Management or Realtor Assistant experience, has or is in the process of obtaining their Washington State Realtors License, and is local to the area.
