Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Daily testing of chemicals in pools and hot tubs of our managed properties and homeowner associations. (Safety and cleanliness for our owners and guests are our top priority).
- Snow removal from drives, decks, sidewalks and stairs.
- Light duty maintenance tasks such as deliveries and trash removal.
